My name is Jacob Wallace, and I’m blessed to have the opportunity to serve Hartselle City Schools. My passion in education is helping educators find their ‘why’ and empowering each person to discover their unique value in life. My greatest purpose is to be a blessing to others — stepping away from my own agenda to help make someone else’s life better today.

I am thrilled to be at F.E. Burleson and part of Hartselle City Schools! I have been in education for seven years and most recently served as a Self-Contained Special Education teacher with Russellville City Schools.

I believe the foundation of education — from teachers to students — is relationships. When we invest in relationships, we have the power to transform the educational and professional future of our schools. I believe teachers are the change agents for student success, and all students can thrive with effective instruction. I am an innovator at heart and a servant by nature. As a life-long learner, I am committed to making each day and every second count.

My wife, Alissa, and I have two amazing children and we are excited to be part of the Hartselle community.
